The Buckland Merrifield Gallery is pleased to present an exhibition of new work by one of New Brunswick’s most respected artists. Dr. Herzl Kashetsky has been a professional artist since the early 1970s, and has been the recipient of several honors and awards for his artwork.

1992 Honorary Doctorate UNB

1992 Canada 125 Commemorative Medal

1997 NB Red Cross Humanitarian Award for his Series Prayer For The Dead

2011 Strathbutler Award

2011 Exhibition at Beaverbrook Art Gallery, along with publication of book, Glitter & Gloom: The Sketchbooks of Herzl Kashetsky

2012 Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal

Herzl Kashetsky has had several solo exhibitions in public galleries. This is his first full solo exhibition in a commercial gallery in over 25 years.
