Background and Training: I am mainly self- taught although have taken workshops in both New Brunswick and Nova Scotia
I was born in beautiful Digby, Nova Scotia, and now make New Brunswick my home. I consider myself a contemporary artist taking in the abundance of natural beauty each province provides. I believe this is a large part of what inspires me.
My mediums of choice are acrylics and oils. Included in my work are landscapes, seascapes, stills, abstracts as well as modern and realism most of which are created from sketches and photographs that I have taken. I am mainly a self-taught artist, but have taken workshops in Nova Scotia and here in New Brunswick. I have produced various works for non-profit organizations as well as works for private collectors and have had solo exhibitions in both Saint John, New Brunswick, Digby, Nova Scotia and Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia.
