1. Copy and paste the section below into a blank Word document.
2. Complete the document with your information. You are welcome to use your CV if you prefer.
3. Save the document with your name in the document title (for example: KathyHooperBio.doc)
4. Select a photo of yourself, your group or your work- saved with your name as part of the title. (i.e. KathyHooper.jpg )
