Choice Cuts ~ Monthly open mic readings at AX

Looking for a supportive place to try out your original writing? Join us at 7:00 pm on the first Thursday of each month for Choice Cuts, AX’s regular open mic literary reading.
Writers of all levels, from beginner to professional, are encouraged to bring their original poetry or fiction to read, and there’s no pressure. Readings are under 5 minutes each, and open mics will be hosted by a local author who will help guide the evening. This month’s host is Beth Powning.
Whether you want to share a short piece of your work or listen to other original writers from our region, check out Choice Cuts at AX, 12 Maple Ave., Sussex NB. There’s no charge to attend, and readings will take place in the gallery.
