Free visual art workshop for youth

Galerie d’art Louise-et-Reuben-Cohen is offering free visual art workshops for children and youth during the summer season.
These workshops aim to introduce children and youth to artistic creation and contemporary art in relation to the gallery’s exhibitions and the environmental park. We will explore a multitude of artistic mediums such as drawing, painting, photography, printmaking, nature art and sculpting.
Workshops for youth ages 10 to 14 will take place every second Thursday from 2 to 3 PM starting July 13th 2017. More advanced creation techniques will be taught. No registration is required, but spots are limited. We ask that children be accompanied by an adult and that they dress appropriately (some activities can be messy).
Groups and daycares are also welcome to reserve a private activity at a different time by contacting the gallery.
